FRANKFURT -- Porsche Automobil Holding SE Tuesday said it had filed a complaint against a decision made at Volkswagen AG's annual shareholder meeting on maintaining a controversial blocking minority, which poses a threat to Porsche's plan to take control of the company.
Porsche said its complaint, filed at a regional court in Braunschweig, Germany, is aimed at making the regulations for Volkswagen "fully reflect the judgment of the European Court of Justice," adding that the "action is aimed at clarifying the legal situation" surrounding Europe's largest auto maker by sales.
